In 2001 the Board of Supervisors created the Recreation Advisory Board, by Ordinance 01-02, to supervise, regulate, equip, and maintain Township-funded recreation programs and facilities in accordance with the Second Class Township Code. The Recreation Advisory Board meets on the second Thursday of January, March, May, June, July, August, September & November at 7:30 PM at the Hanover Township Community Center.
