Damage Deposit is required to be complete for any rental facility of $100.00.

Pavilion/Rental Fields
Lions Pavilion
This outdoor covered pavilion has 10 picnic tables and is located in the Municipal Tract between the basketball courts and tennis courts. Electricity is available (low wattage/amperage items only) and restrooms are located at the community center. If you have a question on what is permitted please ask before reserving pavilion.
Fees:
Weekday (Mon – Th) Resident $75/Non-resident $100
Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) Resident $100/Non-resident $125
Field Permits:
Several fields are available for permit:
- Permit fees: $35.00 per season/per team
- Baseball/Softball: $5 per day per field fee (camps, tournaments must pay per participant). Includes- open fields, softball, and baseball/ location Municipal Tract-Jacksonville Rd. & Pharo Park on Kim St.
- Soccer/Lacrosse/Football fields: $20 per field minimum 2 hours, $100 per field/ all day use
4 soccer fields available at Crawford Park on Crawford Road.
Meeting Room Rentals
Start your next event by visiting HTCC meeting rooms- your child’s favorite party may just start here! Large Meeting room is 2200 sq. feet and can be divided into four smaller rooms. Room capacity estimates are based on lecture settings. It is recommended that interested parties visit the facilities to see the rooms and available amenities.

- There is a $50 fee associated with renting out the whole room.
- 15% Discount for Hanover Township-Northampton County Residents
- Capacity differs on type of event
Additional Amenities: Air conditioning, Handicap Accessible, Podium, 8 ft. Banquet tables and chairs, Presentation Screen, and Bathrooms.
Gymnasium Rentals
HTCC has two courts available with traditional wood flooring. Gym rentals require an insurance policy with Hanover Township-Northampton County listed as additional insured.
