TRACY LUISSER, B.C.O., Zoning Officer/Code Enforcement Officer, is the registered Building Code Official, Zoning Officer and Code Enforcement Officer for the Township. Primary responsibilities: to administer the UCC Building Code and the Zoning Ordinances of Hanover Township; issue building and occupancy permits and performs inspections according to Township Construction Standards and the International Property Maintenance Code.
Zoning & Code Enforcement Officer, is responsible for scheduling inspections and acts as a liaison between the Township and the Building Inspectors.
