House/Apartment number is clearly identified on the front of the house and the mailbox. Numbers shall be four inches in height with 1/2" stroke and contraste with background.
Windows, screens, door, locking mechanisms shall be operable.
No double key locks on doors. These must be removed and replaced with throw bolt type.
