MONTHLY WORKSHOP MEETING
JUNE 19, 2001
The monthly Workshop Session for the Board of Supervisors, Hanover Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania was called to order by Vice—Chairman, John J. Finnigan, Jr. at the Hanover Township Municipal Building, 3630 Jacksonville Road, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, 18017 at 7:30 P.M.
Present were Supervisors Colon, Walbert and Diacogiannis, Engineer Birdsall, Solicitor Broughal, Manager Sterner and Public Works Supervisor Kevin Healy.
A Public Hearing was held regarding the Zoning Amendment for the P.O.R.R. Zoning District. It was noted the public hearing had been duly advertised and that the Secretary received proof of publication. A court stenographer was present to record all testimony.
Mr. Salvesen arrived at 8:30 P.M.
Mr. Don Frederick was present representing St. Francis School proposed parking lots.
A discussion was held on the sketch plan that was presented to the Board. The Board stated that they would like to see a Site Plan.
Mr. Rich Thulin and Mr. Fred Bonzel were present representing the Embassy Bank with Arcadia Development.
A discussion was held on the possibility of erecting a module unit as a temporary banking facility.
The Board asked that this be placed on their next Agenda for a decision.
Mr. Sterner asked the Board if they had a problem with the sketch of the gate at Wegmans at Southland Drive.
Mr. Sterner asked the Board's input on the Recreation for the Jaindl land.
Upon motion of Mr. Colon, seconded by Mr. Walbert, the Board approved adjournment at 10:00 P.M.
