Community Center in the News!!!

Com-mu-ni-ty (noun) - people in area; society-the web of relationships and interactions among human beings.

Established in 1798, Hanover Township is a beautiful residential community with many excellent recreational facilities and community based activities. The Hanover Township Community Center was opened in 1996 at 3660 Jacksonville Rd. amidst the municipal complex. The Community Center is dedicated to provide our community with quality recreational as well as educational programs, and is seen as a safe harbor for our youth. Programs are varied, offering numerous options for children 18 months through senior citizens. Family is a key ingredient to the Center’s success. Complimenting our programs is the exceptional facility housing a 2200 square foot meeting room, full-size gymnasium, fitness room, classrooms, game room and aerobic studio. The 27,000 square foot building also houses the administration offices for the year round recreation staff. Memberships and programs are available for residents as well as non-residents. Back to Top
