According to the Second Class Township Code, the Board of Auditors is made up of three persons who are residents of the Township.  Each person is elected and serves a six-year term.  The Board of Auditors' first meeting of each year occurs in January on the day following the Board of Supervisors' reorganization meeting.  Please contact the chairman of the Board of Auditors for their meeting dates, times, and locations.
